Ham was disregarding the struggles because he didn't coach, he pushed his responsibility on players, left it in their hands to win. Ham doesn't know how to handle the elites, too much responsibility. The thought of winning a championship hyped up players, but notice that it was Bron and AD who put 6:31 their plan in place to win it for the new players. Ham ain't won a championship before , and he doesn't know how. He's on his own now.

Bron can still make up for it and carry load in spurts (like IST games), but anyone expecting him to be a superhero for 82 games is kidding themselves. After all this time, has no idea how to put together an affective line up. Has no idea when to call a timeout. Has no control of the team, being more of a friend, instead of being a coach. Has absolutely no fire on the sideline.This Lakers team has no idea what it means to be a Laker. Win one, lose 3, isn't going to cut it. Losing back to back games just because it was a back to back isn't going to cut it. We are the Lakers. We will pull off 13 straight without blinking. We are winners. We don't play just to make the playoffs. We play to win every game we are in. Mamba mentality is real !!!! Chamberlin dominance, Jabbar, Johnson, Worthy, West, Baylor. These guys refused to lose !!!!! This team has no heart, and needs to take a good look in the mirror. But unfortunately, the coach is in charge for having their team ready, and prepared. Prepared to go to war like warriors. And unfortunately, Ham isn't doing it. As fans, we demand more. With the talent this team has, there is no reason this team can't pull this off. Lets get someone who actually knows how to coach. Someone with some enthusiasm. Someone who understands X's & O's, and actually knows how to win games.
