Nipsey was a perfectionist with his albums. His mixtapes were fire and they were essentially tracks that didn’t make the albums late in his career I think Nipsey made enough tracks to chose from on VL that a second album can be made that is 10-12 tracks of pure fire I think the issue is his brother new Nip really well obviously and be probably feels Nipsey wouldn’t want to put music out that he didn’t feel was perfect. He also doesn’t wanna seem like he’s eating off his brothers death or after his death off him
