In a German interview with one of the community managers, the manual cultivation of rice was denied. He would like to encourage it. Possibly for the next LS or as DLC

I think it’ll be livestock. Making manual equipment takes a lot of time. I think they’ll pass on it and maybe some more mods will come out where you can use the buffalo

They’re buffalos and that isn’t in game footage, that is the CGI trailer so you’re gonna have some stuff like that in it
