I have exactly the same haircut as it was offered to me as a compromise for a bowl cut. It looks good when tucked behind the ears. Now it has grown out for 2 months and it looks very strange. I feel it ages me. I noticed later that my hairdresser uses this cut a lot on her older client’s though 😂.

Great hairstyle. Your teaching is superb, thanks. Hope stylists can learn how to cut this. Different variations of this style can be achieved, of course, ie, longer “one length-looking at the back, like the firefly. I think the reason it hasn’t come back is because, stylists just don’t get the quality training on how to cut it, which is a shame.
