Hello frank! Glad you covered the puzzle! There’s a geometric trick that was meant for the break in that could be used in place of the logic you used. SPOILERS AHEAD If you look at the column 3 cells in box 1 you’ll notice that none of them can go on the 6-cells thermo. This makes those 3 cells and the thermo a hidden region. Next ask where r1c2 goes in that hidden region. Glad you covered the puzzle and you’re welcome to cover any of my puzzles that you like 😁
