I feel like this is a perfect way to get injured though... Either when trying to gain momentum, or when finishing the dino and your foot slips. Your hand gets stuck in a weird way, maybe your arm gets twisted and you're hanging all your body weight on the arm.

I love Wide Boyz and their vids, it's great to see another youtuber taking on the challange. RE world cups... I might be wrong but I understood that the problem is that crack climbing can induce blood injuries on climbers hands, they take that pretty seriously in IFSC world and call them down to tape up. I believe also, that crack gloves aren't allowed in the same way that knee pads are becoming baned. Imho they should set cracks and allow gloves.

Hi Emil, at what age did you start climbing and when did you start training more seriously? I'm 16 and started 4 months ago and I'm still wondering if there is a world where I could still compete.
@EmilAbrahamsson3 жыл бұрын
Heyo! I actually started just before I turned 16, and I'm currently doing world cups, so I so no reason why there wouldn't be a world where you could compete in the wcs! Just keep grinding it out and loving the sport and you'll get there eventually :-) I started training more seriously around 17 I'd say, and then very seriously when I'd been climbing for about 5 years (age 21). Now I'm 24 and trying harder than ever!
