I find that sizing up with thick socks (Thorlos) are the best way to wear these. Amazing shoes and great performance too.

I have a couple of pairs of these. I like them generally, but they wear out pretty fast on my Florida outdoor hardcourts. I guess that's what you get with a performance shoe.

Had them for a couple of months for a indoor carpet season. Must say I'm very satisfied. The only comfort negative thing was, I had a little break in period. Because they are a bit narrow and my feet aren't the widest, that surprised me a bit. But after a session or two it was ok. Generally, a great fast and stable shoe. I feel very confident in my movement. Definitely a recommendation from my side too

Do you feel a great difference in cushioning between this and the Vapor Cage 4 or even the court FF2? I understand both are different designed shoes but in the vapor 6 and CB the feel was similar even they had different cushion. ThNKS

Ordered a pair because Asics was low on stock for the Gel 8s. I also had some discomfort for a bit. After breaking in, it was like Trojan F&I; it feels like there’s nothing there. Laced them for a wider toe box and flat feet and that definitely helped with the tightness.

I’ve had a pair for around a year, and they’ve treated me very well. Sadly, though I broke through the toe section and can no longer use them :(

Hi, this is my first time buying an actual tennis shoe. I've always played with just normal nike running shoes and I always ended up ripping the bottom part of the toe but most commonly the outer part near my toes. I’m wondering if this shoe will be durable enough to hold up the ripping I get from normal running shoes.

For me it’s usually when there is a hole in my right shoe (I slide with my left foot). These have been good to me, my adidas Court Jam Bounce wore out after 3 weeks while these have only started deteriorating after 5 week.

Hey Mark, I enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for the fresh content. I got these since I couldn't find my beloved Nike Zoom Cage 3s anywhere . I play on clay. They're ok for me. Great comfort,light but not very durable . Mine are black and I like the design also. Sometimes it feels as if I could slip out though. The cage 3s are superior in any way. Since the Cage 4 was terrible for me , I'm still hoping for a real new cage version. The Cage 3 feels like it's made for my foot.

I don't know about the vapor pros - but the vapormax, the ones with the transparent, air-filled soles, have lasted 7 months of 6h/week use. Then one of the soles finally faced one little stone too many and got a hole in it. My left shoe has literally gone flat on me like a bicycle tire. I kind of expected longer durability for $250.

I have the vapor pro and to me the heel support is really sub par and too hard. Also it seems thinner at the heel. I solved this myself with inlays, actually a double inlay into the shoe. I will not buy this shoe again. Other brands have better shoes. The top is also too flimsy and sideways support is limited.

durability shoes are just a better buy overall than performance shoes. it's such a hassle to buy and replace shoes frequently. that's why asics gel res 8 is so good. or better yet, asics court ff2 is still the greatest tennis shoe in terms of performance, comfort, and durability.

The underfoot cushion on these are non existent. I hate “low to the ground” “court feel” shoes that simply have lack of impact protection.
