for a father only 2 daughters were there, he made a will of his complete aset to both daughters but resuderis raises objection and will may get cancled... but court decides daughters eligble to claim 2/3 of fathers aset and resuderies claim 1/6th after cancellation of will i purchased a property from one daughter but another daughter's (son) is saying after 30year my mother also need to confirm deed for ur property because will was cancelld at the time of purchase. so is it necessary to take confirmation from first daughter for second daughters property

In the context of Nephew/s contesting the legal binding and validity of a will, wherein the moveable and immovable properties/ assets are inherently willed to the person's daughter.
