Fixed fortifications are a monument to man's stupidity. Traffic bollards can be overcome. I like the idea of garbage trucks or dump trucks blocking the roads. They are effective, mobile, and can be moved quickly in case of an emergency. I suspect the next method will be the use of motorcycles to go around traffic blockades.
