You really need to get a senior affiliate club from the premieer league asap. It will defiently take you to a mid-table club with a few good and cheap loans. Great video Tom and great with another season in the championship.

Merry Christmas Tom. For me I would change your formation to a 4141. It has always worked for me to steady a ship whether I use wingers or IWs. I then push the wide players forward to make a 433 when it suits.

The tactic might need work too. From what I can see, you want to play out of the back, but I am not sure the team is good enough to play out the back. Futhermore, the wingbacks are on atack, which will most likely mean that the team is a bit weak out wide, so maybe bring bnack on support. And you want to roll it out, but also distribute to the playmaker, who is your AM, might be conflicting.
