Honestly you should do a Build a Nation save, because honestly it feels like you are a pretty good FM player and Building a Nation is a good save idea, but I was thinking you could do a specific kind of Build a Nation, instead of playing in a league for that country, you basically do a European save with a very specific rule: You can only hire foreign players from the nation that you are trying to build up, like say for eg if you wanted to build up Chad from Africa, you would only be able to hire foreign players from Chad or to use an Oceanic example you could only buy foreign players from New Zealand thus creating a challenge in which you are trying to build that nation in terms of international quality. For eg. I did something similar but with me coaching LOSC Lille with the A-League playable and I hired mostly foreign Australian players and got to the Final of the World Cup losing to Spain 1-0 in the first attempt before I started playing around with attributes and stuff like that because I find it weird players don't develop from training at the International Level when if you are picked for an International team you would train with them and develop further especially if you are young, and I was using 19-25 year olds as the base for my Australia side because the best players were all young and in Europe. Basically my idea came from the fact that Australia performed the best in a World Cup 2006 when we had a team of players mostly appearing in Top 5 leagues in Europe so it doesn't matter which league you pick it just needs to be a top 5 league.
