Appreciate you pointing out all the fundamental missteps in game 1. Sounds like my thoughts when I play, but I have more of my own missteps that I call out too lol. Love the content and Pacifist System!

Was watching Scrub Killa recently. It's amazing how older players don't recognise why they lose. He was blaming himself on not being able to defend flicks (with zero boost). But he challenged them from the outside in their corner with little boost, causing him to lose possession and control and get countered almost straight after. I don't think he understands control and fundamentals, like Apparently Jack, Monkey Moon, Beast Mode. He thinks it's mechanics, but its his inability to keep control, jab and not over commit which is the problem.

Yeah overcommits at high levels aren't talked about enough, I remember watching Yukeo and it would drive me mad, he would dive on everything and if he got beat he would say "Too slow to challenge". This is the thing that ruins careers unfortunately.

First of all ty for making this series, second it's kind of relieving to see, that u r also struggling in C2 even though u have the better positioning/gamesense and using fundamental mechanics only. Well I guess the best for us will be to just get a mate to play through C2 until C3 div2. I think the series will be more educational when u reach that rank in ur series, that's what I am waiting for since u started it.

I would honestly recommend a teammate all the way to the top brother :). Appreciate the support, thank you! :)

At the start of the video you claim that playing solo Q is getting harder at this point. Why is this exactly? By the way, since finding your channel I have been steadily changing my mindset ingame, being very mindful of just one "aspect" of your system at a time until I do them instinctively, and then start minding the next item on the list. I do this since I am not that young and I feel like if I try all of the tips at the same time I start being overloaded in brainpower and revert back to instinctive behavior (which I want to avoid ofcourse). Another reason a lot of people seem to be very fast and overcommit-y is because this behavior has shown to move them up into the ranks in early game. Combined with positive reinforcement (I went fast so I was able to score a goal or win the game), people will tend to repeat this behavior. Thing is, at slightly higher ranks this speed no longer works and they get stuck (e.g. D2/D3 which is a big cesspool of fast players). I am not convinced that they got this idea from other people per se, just that playing this way has given them positive results over time (ranking up). Funny though, the other day I was talking to a random teammate that wanted to team with me as they felt like I was "finally a good teammate" and when I told him I was just chilling in D3 he said I was crazy. As always though, love your videos and will keep pointing people to your channel.

Great question. The reason is because people are getting much worse at the basics and are trying to run before they can walk. This is causing a lot of throw aways of the balls and over commits that can leave you in 2v1's. Not only that but if you do get the ball, your teammate will not give the time required, or be in the correct position for a pass/ pivot play.

id love to see you do that same fundamental play by play vibe once you get back into gc- gc2 and just see if there is a diff in what you notice.
@AirChargedGaming2 ай бұрын
To be fair the fundamentals stay the same, the chaos goes up a lot, and still people make reckless plays unfortunately.

I have been enjoying and commenting on your videos recently but there is one thing I have to ask, is there a way to combined the two types of styles. Like is there a way to be fundamentally mechanically. Because I love winning and fundies gets me wins but I also love learning the hard stuff because honestly it just looks fucking nuts and I wanna do it lol Any advice there coach?
@AirChargedGamingАй бұрын
Really appreciate that! Well first of all, really tweaking the fundamental movements to get them solid. Then after that, you can go up to the ceiling for a reset, and do the mechanical stuff. The main thing is, when you do the mechanics. Once you get a free ball, and you have space and the perfect set up, then you should really go for something aerial based. But try not to over do it, the aerial play needs a bit of pace or a lot of control. The issue is people do neither at these ranks, they try and go too slowly and softly and get nowhere, or they smash it away, you need to think firm when in the air :). Hope that helps :)

When you are shadowing, is the best to shadow from the outside or inside? And does preceps have a youtube channel with 1v1?
@consciousprophit76922 ай бұрын
Most of the time, it's better to shadow the inside, but snake in and out so they have to worry about you challenging. There are some situations with aerial plays where it can be easier to avoid an air dribble bump from the outside, but other than that, inside shadow with snake movements
@AirChargedGaming2 ай бұрын
Inside generally. But mastering all forms of shadow is wise as you may have to do more outside to in if you are working a boost start for example. Preceps should have a channel. If you type Preceps RL :)

"low ranks = anything below SSL". That's quite a hot take.
@AirChargedGaming2 ай бұрын
@@RockYourTeeth yeah I think I should have put low fundamentals, but even that's not true always. I feel for the majority of the player base the fundamentals are very low below SSL
