Tbh I feel William suffered the most, from his parents' failed marriage to Princess Di's death. Being the oldest child, he had lots of expectations and burdens on him. To go through all that, just at the age of 15, is something I can't ever imagine having to go through.

And i do think Diana did to an extent enjoy the spotlight but as any 19 year old I don’t think she fully realised what it meant to be married to a crown prince. And you can’t deny that yes the royal family is cruel (the way they didn’t let Charles get married to Camilla in the first place) however it’s also cruel that they let the marriage of him and Diana get ahead knowing he wasn’t interested. I am sorry everyone. I loved Diana also but do see she had many of the same problems Harry is exhibiting now. She very much encouraged the paparazzi and wanted constant attention, again Megan and harry. As a King I think William will be quite strict and no drama or any of that nonsense to be acceptable. He will do for the ordinary Joe and perhaps as he said make one of the castles a true mental health hospital with help for patients to do better, not a place they are just shut away in. He also said for the drug users he would dedicate another castle and again, bring in help, not more drugs. Real help to get these people functioning. If they have mental diseases they would be sent to the other hospital he would have created. Catherine, the Jewel in the crown will always be there, please God, to lend a helping hand wherever she can. God bless them. Anything you do is not good enough you get treated so wrong and when they see they can't hurt you they will find other ways to hurt you.....and when does don't work they will try and try until they succeed. She wanted to raise a man who will be the people's King, a King who can relate to ordinary people just like Will is right now. Will was in the middle of his parents rifts, he was old enough to see, understand and feel what was going on, at the same time trying to protect his younger brother (who def could not understand everything at the time), on top of that he had the pressure of being correct because of the duties that awaited him. @@Maryaliece no, she always knew he didn't love her. in her marriage announcement interview he publicly embarrassed her by hinting at the fact that it wasn't love, she could've called it off right there but didn't. he never tried to hide the fact that he wasn't in love with her but she ignored it because she wanted to be a princess so badly. he was far from perfect but let's not act like she married him for love because had he been a simple commoner she wouldn't have bothered.

You wouldn’t catch me dead fighting for a marriage like that. He literally had his mistress at his wedding, and she found a necklace the day before the wedding with their initials engraved in it, at their house. HE should have fought to keep her if he really loved her, which it’s obvious he didn’t because he made 0 effort to change himself and work on the marriage.

She did have self love. She demonstrated that getting out and doing the harder things she did on her own. I believe she was very brave and did it as kind as she could under the circumstances. The bad actions of others are on them. Charles did not deserve Princess Diana and never will.

I don't know how to respond to anyone who would think or even verbalize that a mother would show favoritism between her children no matter what. Each child is loved equally and is never led to believe he/she is more loved than the other or more important than the other.From the very first time we lay eyes on our children we instantly know who will be more independent or who needs more reassuraning and understanding. You can guide but you cannot force your opinions on either of them. Their personality is set, their destiny in most cases is already set, what will be, will be. As they say "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink."
