Joe and Rachel ask for a deal at $5.71 million valuation. Daniel Lubetzky initial offer a deal at $3 million valuation. Lori offer a deal at $2 million dollar valuation. Then entrepreneur counter offer at $4 million valuation. Daniel then offer a counter offer at $2 million valuation. After this entrepreneur counter offer at $4.285 million valuation. Robert comes in with a $2.667 million valuation. Then Lori counter offer with a loan at $1.176 million valuation. Then entrepreneur counter offer at $4 million valuation with a much larger stake in the company. The valuation offer from the sharks keep getting worse but luckily they understand what Daniel wanted and significantly improved the deal to their favour. Good job. PS. This valuation keep fluctuating at such rate and Jamie Siminoff gave a great tip to prepare a table to refer so that you can quickly know what the valuation is at.
