Styling most probably. Depending on the styling of a hair style, it can make you look younger or older than you actually are. Especially in the way it falls around your facial structure. With Beyonetta, it's because the beehive like style lengthens out her face a bit, making it more pronounced, especially in regards to her cheekbones, hence making her look older. Not to mention the beehive styling is a bit more mature looking in comparison to her shorter hair style which is a lot more modern in appearance. While the short hair is not only a more modern hairstyle, it also serves to soften out and compliment her features in the way it's styled around her face. Which makes her look younger. While with Jeanne it's styled in such a way that it makes her face more pronounced and bring out her facial structure a lot more in comparison to her long hair which softens out her features a bit.
