To explain Seattle muffed punt catch: 49er punter Mitch Wiskowski is another star on this 49er team. His punts are brutal! He's either pinning teams at the 1 yard line or punting with not only the highest & longest punt times (in whole NFL), but he is also putting these nasty spins on the ball making them hard to catch for opposing teams. That all said... media doesn't cover punters because it isn't sexy but, their play is so crucial. Mitch Wiskowski is a super star punter.

Was going to say the something. Kudos all around but let's not forget Wiskowski. A majority of the time when the Niner offense took the field they were only looking at 50 or 60 yards for a TD while the Seahawks were looking at 70 or 80 yards. His punts led to great field positions for the Niners.

even as a niners fan, in defense of Dallas on the dropped punt, Wishnowsky has started putting crazy on the ball that makes it really tough to come up with. instead of normal the ball spinning forward or back (top over bottom), he is getting it to helicopter. it's why Seattle was starting consistently so far back in their own end.

49ers wear the "whites" once a year. I wish they'd wear them more often. Deebo often lines up in the backfield just as McCaffery often lines up as a wideout. It's "positionless" football.

Anyone saying that this was a hard game for san francisco is lying. All they did was take advantage of a really un-capable offense and defense basically they did what they were supposed to. As a seahawks fan they aint been shit since losing that super bowl.

The interception was 50/50 Purdy and badluck. I don't know what Shanahan had called but Purdy audibled into it himself. Then he got unlucky that it was tipped at the line before it even got to CMC. Sadly they gave Seattle their only TD through the pick. Seattle's offense never scored anything but 2 FG's. Niners really just beat themselves in the 3rd quarter.

Lockett and DK combined for 60 yards total... They couldn't do s***. I feel like the Niners let up a little after the half, but hey...Eagles next week. Gotta play easy when you can. That said, it was mostly a running display today. It's like the Niners are holding back a bit, but the TD throw to Aiyuk in coverage was sweet though. The Niners along with Brock Thirty getting it done and making it look easy.
