And this is not an "opinion". Pitch and tempo can be measured. Idina never delivers and that's simply a fact. I'm not even a willemijn fan lol. Wow, that's a really big stadium! I'm glad she can get a big audience, too! She's a really cool, ultra-professional singer. I've heard both her & Idina live in musicals (so not this song, lol- Verkaik was in "Wicked" on the West End when I saw her- Idina was in "If/Then") and they're both crazy impressive. Verkaik's final notes in "Defying Gravity" were stunning. Idina's voice is so powerful it hits you like a truck, too. So no hate and comparing the two from me, lol.

The reason many of the women who sing Elphaba also sing this is because the range and the tessitura is exactly the same in both songs , and also for roles like Eva Peron in EVITA. There are only a handful of women who can sing these roles anyway . And she is one of the best out there .
