Love the williby dorchester 2 bed..great price and site fees are reasonable at £3,000 for 12 mth site...are there rules regarding permeantely residing on site..Also do holiday homes have to removed off site after a certain age and on 12mth sites does council tax have to be paid and what about tv licence.cheers..sue

Taken on board thanks for your feed back it’s just £58,995 sited on catchwater meadows it’s brand new & the site fees on park are £3000 per year and can be paid monthly. Best regards Steve
