Other reasons for a woman sitting with lower legs on a slant is if she is both tall and wearing a high heel. Some chair seats are very low. Long bones and a high heel can raise the kneecap several inches above the level of the chair seat if the woman does not slant her legs.

We really need to take this very seriously all over the world. Children need a safe home and parent's/guardians plus a thorough mental health check every year until age 25.
