i love the story of william and kate. if i had a wish, i'd wish that the "royals" would get past the no touching when out in public. i think a HUSBAND (aka william).....should be allowed to offer his arm to his WIFE (aka kate) when she's wearing 6in heels with a flowy long gown without there being a big whup about it. they would keep it with total class but there's been a few times i've seen where an arm would've been nice....just for a moment. she is a lady who CAN walk and stand on her own but.....that's jus' me. seems like i've heard somewhere along the way that harry had THE ring first as it was his chosen piece from his mother after her death. when he found out william was going to ask kate to marry, he gave the ring to william for kate.

I think Charles cared for her in his own way. One problem was she pretended to love the country life. Charles preferred being at Highgrove with his chickens, cows, bees and working in his garden. He loves hiking and some isolation. He thought they had a lot in common and it was a great basis for their marriage. After the wedding she let it be known she was more of a city girl and she wasn't interested in that lifestyle at all.
