nah william aint gang material, he just got them a lot of materials/sold them civ guns so they tried to reward his hard work but the reality is he barely had a relationship with anyone in the gang and didn't do anything with anyone. the current crop of hangarounds felt closer to the gang during williams stint as a hangaround than he did. william is a nice guy but hes like raj, he better off being left as a friend of the gang
