I fully support our able president on this project. Currently KICC is in ICU state. Many reputable hotel facilities around it have closed down! The remaining hotels are struggling to make ends meet with as low as 10 guests in- house per night . The likes of Nairobi safari club( all suite hotel) Serena hotel, Fairmont hotel, The best western Meridian hotel and others . It’s like a jewel thrown out to waste ! Only a serious investor can turn around the deplorable state and make fortunes out of this iconic building. Let’s support our president !

I'm a strong critic of govt, but I've not been opposed to this. That said, it's a loud statement that govt is seriously terrible at running things. And it's no surprise considering the kinds of appointments Ruto has been making. Akina Echesa. Some of those people probably don't even show up to their offices for more than 10% of the workdays in a year. They most likely just focus on their personal businesses and politics. Also, and this isn't about Ruto alone but all presidents since independence, presidential motorcades are a symbol of how incredibly wasteful govt is. Private companies wouldn't last a month with that kind of wastage
