I was very lucky with my mother in law. Even after my husband and I divorced she supported me and became my best friend. Sadly she passed away aged only 64. My kids and I miss her every day. She was an angel. William sounds like he has a wonderful relationship with his in laws too.

Finally! An unbiased and objectively honest portrayal of Diana's less-than-healthy parenting! It wasn't fair to him. For all the hate KC has faced over the years he has been a dutiful son, and a loving father who, like Harry, was pushed into the background and not given credit for how tactile and loving he was with the boys! Whenever PW is seen with Carole, he's so at ease. And it's no small thing that KC has been so open and inviting toward Middletons. It's heartwarming to see that PW finally has a healthy mother-child relationship. William had to take care of both Diana and Harry. Thank goodness the Queen saw what he needed and gave he and PC the time to adjust and be a normal couple and family. PW quickly stepped up to his destiny, which is approaching at break-neck speed! IMO, PH not being there has been very good for the relationship between KC and PW.
