It is not belong to any style, it is designed to support apply Olympic 2008 in Beijing.

Because it's in slow motion. The normal music (Kung Fu by John William) that marks the rythmn to this fan form would only fit normal speed movement. This video is to help people study, and then practise, the precision of each movement.
