100% There's one thing to be physically beat. Everyone has their physical limitations, and everyone will run into someone that is simply bigger strong, quicker, maybe has a great move, and you just get beat -- physically. BUT the Bears look like they've never in their life practice picking up a blitz or a basic stunt, they look like they are completely unprepared for any type of pass rush. Its like they've never watched film or even practiced blocking. I don't understand how they look THAT bad every single snap, obviousl we need ot upgrade talent on the OL, but the coaches also need to at least get the players we have prepared better.

@@Bo2xOfficialMusic i mean Caleb's team although on paper is better but in reality it aint too far besides the defense being way better in real time. Both only had 1 legit receiver right now. Allen has been hurt and rome is a rookie so he's still developing he isnt a true star receiver yet. Our current OC doesnt do much different besides less screens. They're still only throwing check downs or have dumb formations and weird personnel decisons and the oline play is horrendous. I mean they threw a screen to Everett with 2 WRs blocking him instead of him blocking for one of them. And they have Everett on there for plays where Kmet should be the real safety blanket for Caleb.

Williams will be fine. Honestly all he has to do is go out there and play his game. Forget about the minute details; like his footwork/stance/etc. overthinkthing stuff like that can make things harder on a QB. I rememberwhen i was a kid playing baseball the coaches were trying to tell me how i neeed to change my batting stance, etc.and i was overthinking and not getting hits, etc. but as soon as I said 'fuck it' and started playing the way thats natural to me, i became the best batter on the team. So, just let the kid play. We experienced this type of thing a few years ago w Nagy, he basically reverse coached Trubisky. Players arent supposed to get worse, they suposed to get better. Sometimes, coaching just needs to step back and let natural talent & instinct lead the way.
