Big shoutout for Kevin, I am in the process of doing this job. I have done clutches before but it was many years ago but it's always a good idea to have heads up before starting so I watch this Hyundai i40 clutch change before starting which helps a lot. I used an adapted troll jack to take the weight of the box but Kevin manually handles it. I know I am getting on a bit and retired but Kevin must be a bloody strong boy to do what he does. Kevin you have my respect and bloody strong so thanks for the video it helped me a lot.

You're just such an inspiring gift to KZbin and its viewers. I nealry have all the tools together I've ordered online to tackle that pickup differential. From bearing separator to bearing and race driver sets to rotational in/lb torquemeter, even if it's the last thing I do, I'm gonna go down fixing something forgodsakes.

I hate working on my own car let alone someone else's, and I certainly don't like doing it outside on the ground, on my back underneath the vehicle. I also hate doing house calls because you can be guaranteed that you'll be miles from your base and discover there's a critical part you need that you haven't got but you do have back at base. I take my hat off to you sir for being so keen to work in these conditions!
