You went nonstick crazy! LOL!! Those are some beautiful beautiful pieces!! That gratin is stunning. I love Thermoclad but I am kinda confused by those essential pans… are they tri ply or are they disc bottom? I LOVE my thermoclad saucepan which came from the North Pole LOL! The handles are the best part of those pans. There is nothing like them. They are like a streamlined or contemporary version of an All-Clad. Very sleek. Fabulous!
