That is a beautiful staub cookware piece.

On every Staub is the number of centimeters of the base of the pan. 30 cm is 12 inches for Americans. Looks like some great cookware. I have stackable cooling racks for cookies, and I stack them all the time for a big bake... especially when making something like spritz where you need a place for them to cool and your kitchen is as small as mine. It's a great way to cool a lot of cookies.

I’ve burned stuff in my Cuisinart pans when I’ve fried things and I can’t get it cleaned. That’s my only beef with it. I LOVE stacking my racks after I load them with cookies. I had some crazy lady chase me down for her tiny serving spatula. She said “that’s a pamper chef and I need it back now”. OK LADY I DIDNT WANT IT, you left it! I told her my address to come get it and she never did 🤷‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️.

Love the cooling racks and glass kettle. I have both of them. Pies cool faster using the cooling rack. I use my cooling rack for bread. The glass kettle boils water fast.
