I don’t think he has a sad life I think he sings from his heart when he sees around him. He did have a very sad Christmas one year when he lost his son. And that will make you think about everything you do every day. He is my very favorite singer because he sings with his heart! My mother always said I made all my decisions with my heart, some good some bad but what a delightful life I’ve had. Amen to that
