STELLAR! High, Lonesome, and Legit! Many thanks for posting this gem; the Smithsonian would do well to include this in their audio archives, in fact it would be criminal negligence if they didn't. I am quite literally changed after having listened to this and have already contacted my favourite music store in an effort to procure any and all of the solo work recorded by Willie Watson.( I already have all of his OCMS material in my library)

Except Bob actually contributed to the legendary American folk catalogue, not only covered some obscure author-less folk songs. He did do that as well, even stole a couple from his peers at the time (and made them famous as his own). But the profoundness of his writing, the hypnotic rhythms he summoned within his verses, the almost symmetrically perfect lyrics he put together at such a young age AND the fact that he received a Nobel Prize for literature along witch countless recognition over the years compels me to tell you that he could not in any form be better than Bod Dylan. Not yet anyway Amazing artist, still! I'm a great fan of Willie
