So do I plug my FXO devices such as analog phone and fax machine to FXO or FXS port on back of the grandstream?

FXS. FXO will be where any outside lines (if you have them) would plug in.

I haven't deployed many 6200 series, but the 6100 series are all powered by POE capable. i've deployed 6104, 6108, both POE powered

can you use Cisco VoIP phone with this? what about Cisco video VoIP phones?

fbifido fbifido yes you can use. just convert cisco to sip type so that it can detect sip protocol rather than cisco path. you need to use ftp there are lots of software that can turn cisco phone to sip protocol. i have 5 cisco phone connected in ucm.

Looks like an amazing box!! Thanks for the video! I run grandstream phones at work and at home but just with the free Anveo cloud ip pbx. Looking to add some extra phones/extensions at home and at work so the 6202 looks like a good option (because Anveo only gives you 2 phones/extensions for free)!
