This isnt really the most accurate depiction of the Power Screamer initially, it is capable of generating some face-melting gain, so its really not fair to compare the two. It will surpass what the TS can do. I gigged with one, and it gets the job done. You just have to play with the settings. It will go from TS and beyond.

Good playing and demo, but there should be a correction here. Read the docs and such from HBE The left position is the classic Screamer position on the HBE. The middle swaps diodes to add bass and overcome some of the nasal qualities of a TS. As far as balls, I disagree with the comments below. My HBE has more. I am not saying I like one over the other though. It's also possible there is some differences from pedal to pedal in both varieties though. Again, nice shoot out. My HBE is my main dirt.

Had a chance to buy a HBE couple a years ago for $30. Just paid 149 for one after several years.

Yeah the guy I was buying from was Tech-ing for the Doobie Brothers at the time. He would come in off the road and sell what he brought back. Free stuff really got a nice Austone Millennium Overdrive and a Compressor from him for 35 and 30 dollars Respectively. Wish I was still getting those deals.

How did you do a stereo delay on this? Is it a pedal or a software?
