A very large portion of the island was skipped over on the north east. I live 8 miles north and it’s only 25 min drive to town, not a big deal for groceries etc plus 5 small stores with all the essentials are located north of the secret beach turn. It’s also a beautiful drive on a golf cart. Fishing is a dream up here with the ability to fly fish off the shallow shores for miles and unlimited docks. Fibre opt with 100 mb plus internet is available all the way to 9 mls North. Wanting all the essentials to work remotely, I have found them on the North east side. Love it here! Thanks Will!

Will, when it comes to financing, I remember hearing in one of your videos that you need 20% down for land. What % do you need up front for a prefab home? Also, we have a boat here in Canada, and having a boat in Belize is a must for us. What are the options for dealers? I'm afraid of crocodiles, dislike mosquitos, don't drink alcohol, love the beach & love to eat salmon, but don't love to fish. I like plain American or Mexican or Italian food, nothing crazy & exotic. Love golf but here there's not a single course on the Belize "mainland". LOVE and need to live in a tropical climate and was told Belize or Thailand (too far away) are for me.
