Great point the reason we don’t cover prices in this video is because each house is quoted out by multiple contractors with 3rd party project management. So the prices are constantly changing because there is no developer profit to pad the prices to give clients a solid price. Downside is if I put a price in the video it will likely change upside is the clients always get the best price. Pros and cons. These homes are beautiful but appear to be extremely energy inefficient. No insulation and nothing appears to be thermally broken. If this is an investment property I guess the nightly rate will compensate but if this is a planned retirement home, hire an efficiency consultant (of which I am one 😁.)

Almost all the homes are built with R19-R21 insulation. So no worries there!

Beautiful homes, but not a lot of privacy. If you’re sitting in your dipping pool, you could practically shake hands with your neighbors. Also, I think it’s odd that none of these homes are using solar considering the amount of sun year round there. I bet electric bills will be huge.

Hi Iandi, we use insulation in roofs and walls, R-11 to R-19; upgraded laminated or double glazed windows are an option as well!
