@nicole YESSS thanks for pointing out how if a celeb makes a line, it should only be if they have some kind of significant public connection with the type of stuff they’re selling. That’s why it, at least for me, made sense when Trixie Mattel, a famous drag queen who has a very specific makeup style and for whom makeup is a big part of her public image, made a makeup line. But it made much less sense to me when Addison Rae, who’s makeup has NEVER been a significant part of her public image, made a makeup line (there are way more examples but that’s the most blatant one). The brands also usually get more success when that celeb has that connection with their product (and not just like “I’ve washed my face before so here’s a skincare line”, *cough cough* JLo *cough cough*). For example, I’ve been using Pattern (founded by Tracee Ellis Ross, who’s hair has been a HUGE part of her image) for years, and they constantly are putting out BANGERS that are very highly reviewed by customers and press alike. However, Priyanka Chopra, who has great hair but has never really made that a focus of her image, started a Haircare line, and besides seeing it at CVS, I’ve literally heard no one talk about it, even on YT.

I've been using her product line for the past month and I like it! I don't think my twist outs have ever been as defined and moisturized as they have been the past few weeks. My one critique is the conditioner didn't give me enough slip when trying to detangle in the shower. But the LOC system more than made up for it. Love this line! 👏🏾

I prefer a product that is all in one, I want to wash and rinse one time, then use a leave in conditioner that leave my curls with definition like his. And no I think the.fragrance should be neutral so it won't clash with any other fragrance I'm wearing, I'm floral lover like lavender, rose Jasmine and such.

The Pantene Gold Series conditioner (not sure if it's already been reviewed) will melt into your hair and leave it hydrated every time lol I'm sure that in combination with an ACV rinse and Tab's butter/styling creme afterwards would make for the most immaculate wash & go you ever saw 🤞😂❤

I can’t do strong smells in hair products because I get a headache. I have had to return products I liked but couldn’t tolerate the smell.

I bought the cream after seeing it work so well on your curls (seeing it be only $15 at ulta was also such a nice surprise!), and GURL. IT'S AMAZING. I usually don't use creams for wash and goes (more of a gel/mouse only person), especially not alone, but the definition on this cream is so crazy that I can use it for a wash and go. It's also great for high porosity peeps bc it has thick sealing ingredients (while still being water based ) which helps in humidity and moisture retention!

So after several disappointing trips to Ulta, I was finally able get Donnas Recipes leave-in conditioner and hair and scalp oil. It was so worth the wait, the smell, texture and moisturizer was on point. It left my hair so soft and smelling good and could just use the leave-in by it’s self. I will definitely be stocking up on this line!

So glad you included the research paper about supplements. Many people don't realize that excess vitamins and such are just peed out the body, not stored or used in any way. You should take supplements when you are actually deficient or have certain conditions that need them, like anemia. Most of our vitamins and nutrients come from the food we eat.

That was my experience as well. When I applied the products to my hair it did not feel hydrating or moisturizing. My hair felt ashy. But for some strange reason after my twists dried and I unraveled them, my hair felt ssssooo soft, was shiny and I loved the definition. I’ve never used a product that performed like this before where the application was sketchy and unimpressive but the end results were amazing. I’m curious what ingredients or absence of ingredients is attributed to that

The gummies are delicious. It didn't do much for my hair but my nails grew a crazy noticeable amount. They immediately broke off when I had finished the bottle and stopped taking them.
