This world lost a great talent when Willy DeVille made for the exit. It was just a little too soon Willy...too soon. Between you, Jackie Leven and Robert Hazard we have lost tons of melodies and stories we will never hear now. All three of you were diversified, talented, great musicians and singers. Why does Heaven have to get all the great ones? Maybe it's because we aren't listening to them...like we should be.

I was in love from the first note I ever heard. Maybe not for the music in the first place, but for sure for the attitude, the act and the total performance. That turned out to be a love affair for ever...
