Willy New Home

Today is the time to grow.
Willy "El Aguacate" aka "The Avocado" has been an experience of giving back with care and attention what was an excellent experience for the palate.
The idea was to replant the seed of that spectacular avocado that already wanted to germinate when opening it, he was claiming that he wanted to grow and develop and that was exactly what I did. I saw him grow every day with strength and determination to the point where today he claims his space on earth and it is today that thanks to my dear Lucia and Jose with their love for agriculture they opened an area for "Willy" so that he can transform in a leafy tree.
Today we plant it to celebrate and hope to see it grow and wait for its fruits to replicate the experience again.
Planting a tree is something that all of us must do at some point in life.
