Prince K. Musarurwa's last recording DOMBO RAKARE KARE ft Gogo Musarurwa.

This is the last recording by Prince Musarurwa and his mother, he recorded it a few days before he passed away. Though he was in pain, feeling the battle was nearing its temporary end, he remembered that only Jesus remains his hope. It’s a Methodist hymn, (Gombo rekare). There is an emotional part where he says, kana ndigere pano, rufu rwasvika, ndoyambukira mhiri. His hope for the resurrection is what can only make us and his family strong. Just like Job who says naked l came, he also recites a stanza in the hymn that handina chandinacho, ndiri rombe, asi ndichangobatira pamuchinjiko. 😥 No parent should ever go through the pain of burying their own child.
