They’ll make an offline mode most likely before that happens. They’re doing it right now with the Crew 2. An offline mode is coming, and it’s on sale for 1 dollar on all platforms, before servers go down. Also Wildlands is still online so I think Breakpoint has quite a few years left.

It wasn't more popular, because UBI f-ed up at the start. UBI did make up for it later, with all the updates they did. Support for the game was very good. I am still playing this game and Wildlands quite regularly. They are the best single player open world shooters I know.

@@gwoody4003 UBI is a very weird company. They have made so many games and one would think they know what to do and what not, and then, time and time again, they make baffling decisions. It is sad when company politics end up destroying very promising games.

mate you MADE this game popular on youtube. cannot say enough how easy and fun you make this game look and how you know every weapon location etc. you are so good at it at its hardest and still get excited and mad and everything in between. no one else could play this game like you do or put out the kind of content for this that you do. people still line up to watch you play this mate and this game is years old

When it released it was a looter-shooter full of bugs. The ghost experience arrived months later, and there were 11 bug fixes updates. It took time to become good.

It's actually getting a WHOLE lot more popular thanks to creators like you, DEEF, Lugovoises and a number of other creators pushing out breakpoint. ESPECIALLY with all the mods available on PC now. MOdding is getting better and better! I saw a mod recently that adds a sling for your primary!

Ubisoft messed up , plain and simple GR fans wanted a continuation of Wildlands but Breakpoint when it launched with the loot and levelling of weapons was a mess . The devs did rectify things and in its final state after all the updates the final game was far superior but by then it was far too late.

I come back often in this game with a friend. GR Breakpoint never get old when it comes to coop. The best game from ubisoft in years. Perfect sweet spot between arcade and milsim. The updates were really good. It is still beautifull. Just a shame the game was not great at the beginning. Some very good idea haven't been understood. For example, the rendering is around 550m, that's why we have an unrealistic short bullet drop (without the ballistic advantage skill). It gives a better challenge for snipers.

Dude I just got around to watching The Covenant a few weeks back and LOVED it. Also, my friend and I hated assaulting this place. Think we did it for a main story mission, but still love this game.

People wanted Wildlands but new, instead they got a game with drones and no teammates. The buggy start then lead to the game being hated like crazy, like most ubisoft games, and no one cared anymore, even though ubisoft did a great job fixing the game.

I really like the option the turn on the immersive mode, so a weapon has the power it has, instead of tier up and so on, like in the division. Love thoose too, but hate i need to put two clips of ammo in some enemies….. headshot is headshot, boom, done

The reason GR Breakpoint wasn't more popular is because of Ubisoft themselves. They could've use this game to build off of the foundation of Wildlands, but the released the game when it wasn't finished, released it as an 'always online' game, and monetized its in-game items to hell and back when the game itself contains bits and pieces of survival type mechanics.

I heard about all of the game's problems at launch. But after seeing KZbin videos like this one and learning about the updates, I bought the game 2 weeks ago. I've grown to love this game. It's tied for second place on my list of favorite Ghost Recon games. Future Soldier is at the top of my list; I consider it one of the best games that few people played.

I had such a good time with this game, it had a few hiccups, but got 3 other buddies into it and we did the whole thing coop with 4 players, it was so much fun

I still play this. I see in my analytics on my channel that it doesn't do as well as some of the other videos I upload of other games. I've seen a few others mention how Ubisoft screwed up the launch, and all the bugs. Think it's left a sour taste in a lot of people's mouths, so to speak. Which is a shame because despite it's flaws, I still do enjoy it.

That's dumb really... he got hit dozens of times and still breathing but other go down with nearly a single shot... Maybe this game is for those who want to kill without the fear of being killed. Not my type of game. I like immersion, challenge and equally strong enemies.

One of the best shooter by Ubisoft. Both this and Wildlands. If only it receives proper support in the beginning by Ubisoft, accessible offline, and make it a better experience for single player (the AI teammtes), it could've received a better reception no doubt.

Couple of reasons why: 1: Coming from GR: Wildlands into Breakpoint felt a HUGE step backwards, both PVE and PVP were and still are worse imo 2: Heavy bugs made this game almost unplayable the first year, and yes it took UBI way too long to fix 3: The game was way too arcade like with the run in, kill everything. Loot then dip, it was only until way later they added ghost experience etc to make it hardcore 4: The difficulty of enemies was lazy, instead of making them smarter, faster to see you etc. They just made the higher difficulty insane bullet sponges like in Division. AND spawn an added 70-100 enemies in areas to the point they just T-pose until action begins, because they were given no patrol coding However now, it's way more enjoyable and accepting it for what it is has made it better.

Another good navy seal movie is called warhorse one has Johnny Strong in it and it's great and i love this game been playing daily since it came out have about 1300 hours into this game so underrated

I have 2 key problems with this game but otherwise it’s in my top 10 favorite games of all time. My first issue is that I have to have 3 friends and go through a nightmare of grinding for the raid guns. I just want the 2 shot shotgun 😭 Issue number 2 is the online only for solo play due to I have spotty internet but I am very much a solo gamer.

Love the MK18 but it's so underpowered. I mean 22 dmg when other 5.56 guns are at least 27 and even 32. I certainly hope that's one of the many things they fix in the new game.

For me everything in the open world was the same/looked the same as far as building and what not. The game kinda felt overwhelming and confusing with all the factions and locations on the map with all the things you had to do. The drones kinda got on my nerves as well. It's a dope game though as far as mechanics, graphics, comple customization of character and weapons.

With this, Wildlands, The Division games, the AI quality has become quite dated quite quickly. And more PvP options would have enhanced the experience. Essentially make it like DMZ.

To stiff I think. The generalism is good but for a ‘tactical’ shooter some weapon James would be nice, belt kits, more in depth weapon customisations, breaching etc there’s a lot they missed out but you can’t want for everything. Still a good game 👍

Absolutely. I feel sorry for people who cannot get online friends together for a good cooperative session. That is where the game shines. I still enjoy wild lands Bolivia better but if I’m gonna play on the island of Aurora, at least having other online friends would make it more tolerable.

Looking at what came out 2019 There were simply too many heavy hitters Dmc 5 MHW iceborne Kingdom hearts 3(probably the most anticipated game release that year) Sekiro Sword & sheild Fallen order Breakpoint was ight tho i played it a bit a year or 2 later i had fun

No, I don’t think that’s the case. It’s a Ubisoft game it would’ve hit regardless. I just think it’s the fact that they didn’t even AI teammates. It was pretty much scuffed on launch everyone was expecting something like wildlands. It still is kind of trash with the movement and gunplay but it’s got better.

The game released in a very buggy state, first of all. Second, initially, AI teammates were not part of the game. Which has always been part of the franchise. You were never a lone-wolf operator in Ghost Recon games. There was always a tactical element to it, and part of that was utilizing team tactics throughout missions; the AI teammates weren't added until much later after launch. Thirdly, Ghost Recon games have always carried with them an element of realism, in that, if you shot a target in the head, it killed them/took them out of the fight. In Breakpoint, the story centered around a technologically advanced military force that had robotic tanks, soldiers, drones, etc; and those brought with it the ever-so-unpopular 'bullet-sponge' feel that, in my opinion, ruined The Division. No one likes to magdump the same target 15-20 times while it just laughs and lobs rockets and mortars at you incessantly. Sure, you could argue that the robotic enemies forced the player to 'smarten up' and find new ways to fight, but I would counter that you could find better ways to do that, than by just making enemies largely impervious to bullets. We liked Wildlands because it offered us a robust open-world, with varying terrain and dynamic fortified positions, where we could tactically assault them in a play-style that fit us each individually. Breakpoint seemed determined to rid the franchise of that, at least at first. I will cede that the developers turned the title around, months if not years, after launch. But, by that point, most of us had a bad taste in our mouth about it. It's a decent game now.

- Nonstop online only bullshit - Looter Shooter first, no immersive settings - No mod support from the start - False Ubisoft marketing - Drones Man, this game was a complete dog shit from the start. They updated the game with immersive settings. It was missing at the start. At the start there was no option to turn off drones. There was no mod support. Like i do love Breakpoint but these clickbait titles about why it is not popular or how underrated the game is, is like people don´t even remember how shallow the start of this game was.

The story was so terrible. James Bond villain kind of? But just garbage. I think there’s a part of the story where the drones destroy at US Naval ship and the US military US Navy is afraid to strike back. What stupid garbage is that?
