I vividly remember seeing this Circle People video the day he got that #1 score (Circle People was still super active at the time) as 1st HDDT FC, this play was made 5 years ago and no one else got this FC in the meanwhile, man was absolutely cracked and literally ahead of his time, massive respect.

Other than the addictive tendencies, I think I'm actually quite like Adamqs. I'm not as high up in rank, but I tend to go for just ludicrous playstyles and stuff. I think the trick is that I am not trying to play against other players. I am trying to play against the game itself. Playing in Blinds mode, AR or CS11 stuff, ridiculous 2B mastery (like SS+ plays on 2B maps), and other ludicrous stuff is what I tend to just do regularly. I don't have a reason not to.

Also Adamqs was considered one of the crucial players in a whole rrtyui #1 sniping event. 7:05 I really love a tribute to him done on 2019 Players Community Choice video (after his account deletion). During intro this exact play can be seen with quota "at least he got a cameo". 7:31 Sad you didn't point his special love to KIRBY MIX diffs, including Forces 3mod choke in last 15 seconds or Aurora 2 3mod run where he FCed whole spuare pattern on AR11 OD11! Scores so ridiculous, that in one of delta_p PP rework proposals it destroyed it being worth ~1200PP for FC... 8:28 Let's say no one knows if it's reversible at all. People really, REALLY neglect to mention that even if you can play CS 9.1 Agony, the real difficulty is the fact that at HP10, you need at least 400 RPM spinner speed to even begin to clear it, and Agony has a death spinner right in the smack dab middle of the song. No idea if modern patches lessened this burden, but the key filter to people getting HR scores at all on the map was the combination of osu for ants + osu for Exgon.

It’s quite obvious he really wanted to quit all this time and was taking it more and more far with each attempt. It’s common among osu players, osu is really like a drug to them, me including. I literally sold my tablet 3 years ago to stop playing yet started trying mouse and osu!mania instead, and bought new tablet a while back and surprisingly didn’t even lose my skill. It frustrates me that I won’t be able to achieve anything remarkable in the game yet I am doomed to play it quite often. It’s way beyond getting enjoyment, I think the same was happening with Adamqs (despite joining the pantheon of the most iconic osu players, he never had gotten the fame comparable to Rafis’s, WWW’s or any other one’s)
