Dr Schores work has been life changing for me to discover and study. Explains so much of our early lives. Esp if we’ve had a traumatic childhood. It uncovers the neurobiological consequences & developmental disturbances that occur. By tying it up to Bowlbys attachment theory and proving the need for healthy attachment is critical. I personally think it should be taught to some level, as a pre-requisite in the school curriculum. In that we should include Object Relations. Either Kline, Fairburns & Winnicott, preferably all three. It’d change the trajectory of our mental health by a huge factor imo. Thank you. Such a beautiful presentation. Really enjoyed it! & yes it can be traumatic to read ❤️‍🩹
