My dog was half bull terrier. This SO reminds me of her! She would have happily run up and down the stairs all day, especially if there was a tennis ball involved! She passed away last month at 17. She was an amazing dog.

I remember watching this video and agonizing, being sad for a lot of reasons and wanting a bull terrier so bad for many years and just wanting to be at the part of my life where I was settled and things were ok. Life isn’t quite where I want and I’m content and learning to be ok but I finally have my white bull terrier and he’s spoiled and loved and one day we will have our house together ❤

It is not OCD!!! We’ve had two bullies now and known many more . This is quite normal play behaviour and happens quite regularly. Yes they can be prone to ocd but this isn’t it. Usually there is a momentary eye contact with you which is a sparkle that says “watch this “ and then they’re off on the bully run. Usually while anyone nearby is falling around laughing. They are the most brilliant dogs and the best company

Again this is not OCD. This is him after a good long time out. Tons of energy. We feed him mostly raw meat and meaty bones with the odd veg. U dont see a wolf eating biscuits.

The bull terriers that I've had do the same thing. But my first one did have OCD/personality disorder. On full moons he would randomly go into a very short rage, I honestly don't think that he "knew" what he had done. Strange dogs, but I love 'em.

If it acts this way all te time then you may need to bring it on a bit more runs/ exercise and check it for OCD because bull terriers are known to have OCD, but it's a dope dog otherwise and looks like a ball of muscle and energy.

He just seems to do it wen hes excited to be honest, like a release of energy asif hes frustrated. When hes exercised and walked this does not happen at all. This was after a long walk but u must understand the energy these dogs have is amazing

A lot of people say it is OCD, but you can clearly see that they are just spinning from pure joy. If you type in "Basterbrak" you will see my wife's bully. For us, the best dogs ever!

Our Bully, "Tater", does the same kinds of things. But as he has aged (now 13) he has slowed down enormously. He mostly lays around on his bed and sleeps.

This is no ocd, all bullies do this it is a trait in the breed. I have a bully myself and he does this at least once a day. He is always with company and does not have the time to get bored.

That's the same with our Lilly, we adopted her she went from being crated 18hrs a day to having a full life she used to do "bully 360s/circles/runs" all the time and now she only does it when there are clean sheets on the bed :P

My parents have a bull terrier named Mr. Pickles and he does the exact same thing! We call it huckle-bucking! He goes insane when he gets excited which isn't good because he has a heart condition and could die at any time! Love these dogs!
