A obviously watch Ionas stuff and this was the first time a have seen this. Its amazing how Iona has changed over such a short period as a presenter . But there's obviously still a what if feeling about her own golf career . For me everything happens in life for a purpose and unfortunately not always for the best. The more time has passed a think Iona has come more to terms regarding where her life and career is going and I for one of thousands are thankful for everything she does and the time she puts into her channel ❤

I read putts similar to that, I imagine the ball rolling straight at the hole, how far outside the hole it misses, thats the distance I aim at the opposite side of the hole. Then try and get the pace.

Have to agree with Iona... If u see a doctor and he says steroid injection or cortisone injection... Give him a slap and find another doctor 👍 They are never the answer and just allow you to cause yourself more damage. Some good golf James... New swing is looking more like a swing and less like beating the ball to death long drive style 👍

Adam Flynn not true. It really depends on situation. For some it worked wonders. There is enough scientific evidence to suggest it will help in certain situations. Anyhow it should always be followed by a proper treatment.

It masks the pain and you continue damaging and aggravating the problem Steroids reduce inflamatuon fantastically well and for many people cortisone is so effective you can continue to play even with a severe injury. But neither drug cures or fixes the problem or the cause of the problem. And many doctors use the treatments in the wrong situations and don't give the patient the best advice about what to do after receiving these treatments. As someone who has had more steroid and cortisone injections than I can remember I can tell you from experience that these drugs are over used and used in inappropriate circumstances and often cause more problems than they solve.

Swing's looking a tonne better mate, so cool to see. Just something to possibly consider: You tend to fall backward after hitting a lot of the shots, this could suggest that during your setup and swing your weight is a little too much in the heels of your feet rather than in between the heels and balls of your feet. Just something small to think about, might not be the case. Keep it up man.

I literally feel her pain, I had 18 months off golf with carpal tunnel when I was eating, sleeping and breathing golf, it was horrible... Then a few years later I tore my rotator cuff and had another year out... When you're healthy make the most of it people, health is wealth!!! 👍🏻👌🏻
