Wiltshire Man graces my local woodland with his presence. Sharing his knowledge, experience and all round good egg personality Together we look at the SAS Bivvy / Dutch Hooped bivvy comparison and have meals and snacks cooked on my Firebox Scout multifuel stove

Great stuff! Good review on the SAS bivvy, surprised about the lack of condensation being such a tight fit.. good quality fabric makes all the difference . A wise choice on the matt even if it was a bit like a silkworm. Very cool to have Wiltshire man on a night over, and liked the hitch knot, have you managed to get a chancd to use the reflective paracord yet? Might work well for this.. Oh, and fair play for getting out in this weather..

Just a thought on the bivvy. If you could find someone that was good at making modifications, I would be tempted to get a zip fitted between the 2 hoops. Access would be so much better.
