I like the black rotors but over time would the black fade? Might as well get the chrome?

The black coating is supposed to fade away, it allows the coating on the rest of the assembly to every tight so only the spots that aren't supposed to wear are easy to spot.

Do you have to use Wilwood brake fluid or using what came in vehicle?

Any really but make sure your using the brake fuild that fits the use of the vehicle most daily driver vehicles use DOT 3 or 4. Tho I might be wrong so take this with a grain of salt.
