I always wonder how fast Joel could do a challenge like this one if he didn’t have to commentate and explain everything. A 45 minute challenge done in 16 minutes, but he spoke about each sandwich, compliments to the chef / restaurant, spoke on sauces etc. Definitely could have done this in between 5-10 minutes. So impressive he does both so effortlessly.

Always cool to see the staff rooting for our boy Joel. And not slacking on the toppings. I like this kind of challenge more than just one huge sandwich so you don't get flavor fatigue. And the different bread choices is nice. To answer your question about fav sandwich... if I had to choose it would be pastrami on rye.

Joel i love the Sandwiche Spot. I have a client who owns one in Down town Sacramento. And my fav is the tri tip. Its their soecial. They BBQ it with beer and special spices.
