Yes, it works very well for my cleaning business as well as for the other client accounts I manage. To be honest if you're not getting a positive ROI whatever the marketing channel, you should be stopping.

Hi Sean you sound like your from the UK. 🇬🇧 I’m from London UK aswell, I’ve been E-mailing tons of companies in my cleaning business. for the past 1 month from 4 different Gmail accounts every single day. 25-mails to companies each, a few responses back but only them responding saying not interested. 1 or 2 have got back to me saying they want me to come for a walkthrough. Hi Rich, there's a few things you want to check. Firstly check that your emails are being delivered and not going to spam folder (use Lemlist / Lemwarm). Next you want to check your messaging. In the email, you want to say what sets you apart from the other cleaning companies out there. You want to be targeting 1%+ response rate. Prospects get bombarded with these types of messages so we also use cold email in conjunction with Linkedin as well, as a multi touch approach tends to work best.

Kevin O'Leary once said if you want him to open and read your email. It should be short between 2-3 sentences and to the point. You don't need paragraphs about your business. Here's an example of my cold emails and they work. Subject: Desk or Disaster Zone? Let Me Tidy It Up! Body: Hi there, Is your desk looking more like a disaster zone than a workspace? Let me bring order to your chaos with my expert cleaning services. You tackle the projects; I'll handle the clutter! Best, [Your Name] Contact Information:
