Hey man! Glad to see you uploaded again. Real quick though, the reason you couldn't fleche at 9:14 is because scream has a (unique?) status effect that prevents movement when it lands, and this cannot be cleansed by the 300 dex perk, so you are stuck unable to use dashes for 2s. I believe you can see the status effect on the far right of your buff debuff bar (hard to notice when the scream put like 10 things on there lol). That said, glad to see you experimenting with different builds and I enjoyed watching! I definitely understand feeling too squishy in a meta that seems to really favor heavy armor and fire staffs. Not sure how much of this you may have already tried, so if you've been there and done that already lmk what you thought about it, buuut here's my 2 cents: I know you're after survivability first then damage, but I honestly think you'd feel a whole lot tankier in *medium* tumbler's feetwraps (not light), especially in small scale fights with melees. It'd also deal more damage. Even without shirking empower, this nearly empower caps you on your bow after dodging one attack (which you do constantly in small scale). 15(evasive tactics) + 15 (shirking blessing) + 10 (dex passive) + 7 (honing stone) = 47 and you can pick up other little bits of empower from ring perks or even runeglass on armor in order to hit 50+% (overcapping not necessarily a bad thing since the dex passive is only 3-4s). With this setup, you go really hard with DPS after getting a shirking proc off of something. Shirking blessing also comes with a free fortify so you always have some additional fort when a melee is on you, even if your pots are on CD because you used them more aggressively for empowering toast. This would in turn mean you take more points in con, hitting 150 for the additional crit dmg reduction - this is essential if you want medium armor to be any tankier than light, unless you're going to run the artifact head piece which effectively gives you resilient to make up for it. I think you should experiment with playing more on the outside of clumps or even briefly jumping into them with your heartrune, even if that puts you in more danger or makes your bow feel like an offhand. You need to be in some amount of danger to proc your shirking perks in order to deal damage and with medium armor you are a whole lot safer if anyone or even a group of players shifts focus to you because they think you must be squishy if you're holding a bow. Unfortunately, being tanky and shooting from a safe distance is not very effective if that means giving up damage. So if you're going to give up damage, play closer and absorb some cooldowns and get more heals on yourself. I think you'll find that 200 combined points in int + str are better spent in con (min 150), dex (min 350), and even focus (don't even have to try this one immediately but 50 focus goes crazy if you play to get healed a lot or pair tumblers with lots of SH). In regards to your problems with light armor builds, I honestly wonder how much of that is related to consumables. At least in my experience, there is definitely something missing if you are not at least running gemstone dust or oakflesh blam on your bar unless you're down to get popped (nothing wrong with that btw, I just use food + honing + HP pot lol). You can't gem for everything. I find that gemming heavily vs physical and taking consumeables for magic or vice versa allows you to remain tanky where it counts while playing light armor, but obviously this only goes so far. You're still not dueling a heavy armor player who has 1 hand, but you will survive burst a lot better. This obviously also applies to med builds. You can take a serious beating if you pop the right consumable right before a bunch of people start wailing on you. Either way, GL! Had fun watching you and typing this up, and that's all that counts.

This could work too. I have tumblers in light and it's doing okay. I feel tumblers does well with either shirking fort or heals. But I think I'd benefit off of heals since I already have a lot of physical resistance in medium. I might test it in cheap gear with shirking heals.

+1 on 150 con if you can make it work.... the crit dmg reduction is clutch... worth sacrificing some int perhaps?

how are you not showing the mastery points spent in none of your videos in a video which should show that I suppose by the title?
@theGPC23 ай бұрын
Main build goes over my gear, the weapon mastery doesn't add all that much other than unbreakable focus, which I talk about once when demonstrating fortify. Super simple and not much added value I think.

To add. The next build im going over will be a speedy archer, which will require me to show my weapon mastery bc the mastery shows which perks require me to get that haste. But I hope that helps

I think that if you use small focus potions instead of mana potions the uptime on empower and fortify can be improved since the cooldown is super short

Never even thought of that! I'll put those on.

Medium is not a bad idea. I really thought about it. But I can’t get past the hop, or how short the distance is. I mean I tried med but I found myself stamming myself out way too much. Those dmg numbers weren’t to bad 5% dmg lose between light and med is very minimal. I’m sure you know this, but when you get a chance get yourself to empowerment cap runeglass, empowered explosive arrow. The lost in dmg can be made up that way. Or like I saw in the last couple of clips you switched to boltcaster for the 20% extra light and heavy autos. Let’s be honest bow is in a bad spot. Not weird… Lol. It’s melee meta Sns spear. I’m seeing the hatchet GS coming back. Serenity hits soooooo damn hard. Lastly I would come down to a 100 int for the 150 con. But regardless thanks for sharing I’m still going to be a solider and run light. Good video man thanks for sharing!!

Yes I experimented with so much on this build. I will be using rune glass to get that 10%percent empower but that's if I stay nature. My attributes can come down. If you saw in the last clips my health was very high. That's because of ironheart increasing my max health. If I do bring that to 150 I could benefit much more from it. Glad you liked the video!

Maybe that work only on American servers xD Come to eu nysa I will beat you naked bow, like many them heh :D

They're different out there lol. All out here in US servers are all tanks, running around with spear, hatchet and firstaffs. So boring 😴

I love the creativity and experimentation brother! The real question is does it pass the SW4NK test? 😆 JK man mix it up, and have fun. BTW I got a ton of desert sunrise collecting dust in my shed. HMU next time you are on, and ill hook a brother up

Bro I don't think anything will win against you with bow 😂 but I am more tanky. Miss our duels we had. Yes I'll hit you up!

I think experimental builds like this are really cool, I’d love to see a follow up vid if you end up adjusting the build more or finding new gear to work better with it
