The problem is I'm scared to get relaxed, since I believe getting relaxed will further manifest my paranoia, I know it sounds weird. Mine would definitely be poverty mindset. I noticed that every time I spend money I am drained and tired. I also noticed that when I spend money on other people I’m in a good mood but when I spend money on myself I feel guilty or limited. So this weekend when I went Christmas shopping I noticed it immediately and changed my energy. I also came home from shopping and instead of going to sleep.
