Me and my girlfriend have just bought our first little van this week and are trying to kit it out ourselves! Heading off to Cornwall at the end of August/September and we’re so excited! It’s a bit of a shell atm with a basic bed and no electric. We’re going to be scattering some of her dad’s ashes along Cornwall’s beaches and the ocean as they both were connected through their love for the marine world. The Jackery would mean I could charge my camera to film our future adventures on the road but more importantly capture her journey back to the ocean to say goodbye to her dad. #SummerTripWithJackery

We always prefer the space afforded by a large tent rather than having to shuffle gear around inside a van to adapt from night to day mode etc. During times when we are off grid, it would be really handy to have power supply, not least for inflating our kayak. #SummerTripWithJackery

Hope you enjoyed your trip to Wales. It’s a great area you stayed in. And the race (man v horse) is a tough one! Organised by our good friend Mr Dick Evans. We have some beautiful place here in Wales. Lots are very remote and the thought of being able stop longer in these areas with the Jackery power pack would be such a bonus. To have the chance of running the heater longer would mean more trips away in the winter. Plus the chance of being able to cook with electric if in a place where we couldn’t have an open fire. Fantastic piece of kit . But let's not forget 18 months at home D.I.Y. at home is where it's at and having that in the shed is perfect for all the time you need something plugged in . Absolutely brilliant!!!!!! Me and my partner are hoping to go away from the 27th August. We haven’t been away on holiday for 2 years. I’ve been told off by her for having a gardening job and this means not many holidays in my T5.1. So this means for my customers no grass cutting for an extra week !!! Sorry about that!!!!!! BUT I NEED TO GET AWAY!!! 😫. We haven’t booked any where and looks like every where is full. So it might be a case of lay-by’s and see fronts. OOH GOD!!!! This scares me to death. Only done it twice before 1st at Swanage where we stayed in a lay-by with a view of Sandbanks and as we left a police car past us. Few!!!! 😅. Also had a person reverse park in to my van on the sea front 😫 The 2nd was on Exmouth sea front 😁. So I think we need a bit of power and luck on this journey. You have now inspired us to go to wales for the week. Any info on places to visit/stay would be wonderful 😁 #summertripwithjackery

My parents instilled the love of wild camping into me, and now my family wild camps everywhere. Some of your trips reminded me of forgotten places we’ve been, some well over 35 years ago! So, I have always been a wild camper and my Dad LOVES a bit of kit…but doesn’t have this!
